BEFORE YOU USE this card, you MUST set a PIN in order to make debit purchases!
To set a PIN, call 1-833-848-5763 and enter the 16-digit number from the front of your card, followed by the access code (4444). Then select Option 4 (PIN Options) followed by Option 2.

If making a purchase for more than the card balance...
If your purchase amount exceeds the balance on the card, let your cashier know the exact amount to charge the card, and that you will pay the excess amount using another form of payment. Attempting to charge the card for more than its balance will cause the purchase to be declined.

Pre-Authorization Fees
Many merchants automatically charge a temporary “pre-authorization fee” that can cause the card to be declined for insufficient funds. In order to avoid this fee, use the card for debit (PIN) purchases whenever possible.

Please use your card promptly
Your card will expire six (6) months from receipt. It cannot be used for ATM withdrawals.

After setting your PIN, you can get further information about your card by visiting www.card-support.com. Enter the requested information from your card, and when prompted for an access code, please use 4444.
